The Ancient Greeks on Idiots, Tribespeople and Citizens - Democracy Unraveled

When I first stumbled on this video I was taken back because I came to the realization that we are re-discovering knowledge ancient civilizations once wielded. Democracy is one of the tenants on which successful modern societies are said to be built. The Greeks had a brilliant yet logical insight into how best one should behave in society for his/her benefit and the benefit of society at large. This video illustrates the depth of knowledge the ancient Greeks possessed when it comes to what is really the ideal type of individual required to make democracy thrive.
